Toriko Starts Streaming April 14

Funimation announced yesterday that they will be streaming Toriko starting April 14. Episodes will become available four days after the Japanese broadcast, and will be available on Hulu and Funimation's official website.

Based on the manga by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro, Toriko is based in a world where the taste and texture of food is important. However, there are people who search for rare ingredients and animals. The people who hunt for such food are called "Gourmet Hunters" and Toriko is one of these hunters. His dream: to find the rarest food in the world and create the ultimate dinner.

Currently the manga is being released by VIZ Media with the 5th volume to be released on June 7 with a digital preview of the first chapter available on Shonen Jump's website.
