There has been a lot of talks about the new K-On! character mod for L4D2 recently... And this is what's why... Zombies have been becoming the new moe for anime fans and this mod has certainly bring about plenty of cuteness and comedic moments not found in any of the zombie games available now except maybe Deadrising 2. And now let's take a look at some funny snapshots taken in game...

I do not know if this is for real but it would be surprisingly shocking to see it appearing in a video game center if it does. Firstly there really aren't any privacy panels for the players and to play the game requires the third leg of any males you see around in the streets... (Would you mind sharing the same 'controller' that everyone's been using for the game without some protection whatsoever...?) Though it could be thought of as weird and hilarious, there are already such game controllers that had already existed in Japan that will be put to practical use. It was nerve-wrecking when the lecturer finally announced the results of our presentation and gave feedback for it. And when it was finally our turn, surprisingly our presentation was the second best in Day 1 of the 3 day presentation period. After all the hard work that we had put in, our efforts are finally paid off. Everyone in our group had really done a seriously great job in the role-playing of our presentation. J's Chimes: Fighting The Z Monster...

Because of the excruciatingly long journeys and working hours in Japan, the Z monster inevitably hits anyone who are just so tired that they could even sleep soundly on the train. Whatever the case, some of these scenes are funny enough to caught the attention of passengers who decided to take snapshots of it...


Sometimes no matter how refined you are, it is really tough to battle the Z monster. And you'd got to be real tired to be able to sleep even in a position like this without proper and comfortable beds to lie on...


Sometimes the Z monster can be so contagious that it affects the passengers sitting together. Is that a bag that the boy is using as a pillow?


Sometimes, you can even expect strangers to lean on you and make themselves comfortable. It would be good to have a beautiful girl to lean on you ya? However things might go ugly if its someone else you do not like to lean on you...


There's even a technique to sleep with your laptops on while charging your cellphones... This is really what I'd refer to as multi-tasking...


Sleeping makes you so vulnerable and ridiculous on a train. Makes me wonder are trains really nice a place to sleep in?


Sleeping in trains makes women who wear skirts really vulnerable... especially when you have no control of covering what's between your legs...

So you've heard of popular dating simulation games like Tokimeki Memorial to Love Plus. But have you heard of a dating simulation game which features real girls to chat with? AKB48 will be a dating simulation game that will be released on the PSP which features 48 real 3D girls for girlfriend deprived males (Or maybe females) to play and communicate with.


It even comes with a special limited edition box set with a pink PSP and kisses prints on it. Also includes a set of kiss prints of the various girls in the game. J's Chimes: Quality Over Quantity...

It is been known that Japanese products are particularly small in size and expensive too. But little did we expect it to be this small somehow. Some examples could be seen in Daiso Singapore where certain snacks and drinks are too meager or small to consume happily. Take for example this soft drink which doesn't cover the palm of your hand.


A single slice of pancake can be even package like this for sale in a Supermarket. Talk about portion... Don't think one is enough... Snacks are also expensive in Japan though... However the case, do you also now that it is bad to be fat in Japan? That may have been a way to control their diets.


It is also been said that Japan separates their trash for disposal and recycling. Thus imagine purchasing just a small packet of drink could cause you plenty of trouble throwing it away unlike in Singapore where all types of trash are thrown at home together. For a packet of drink like this in Japan, the plastic straw is separated for disposal from the packet. The packet needs to be cut, flatten and washed clean on the inside before separating it. Different types of trash are then disposed off in different days of a week.


You'd have packaging for even the smallest product available in the market. Even a piece of candy is nicely wrapped for sale. It is been said that Japanese products are small is because they do not have the storage place to keep the products for use at a later day. For example if you rent a house in a city district, it is likely that the rooms are small and thus storage are valuable spaces that they can't afford to have.


Another reason was that in the Japanese tradition, they would go shopping for groceries everyday. They don't normally store food for consumption the next day as they believe in eating food fresh bought on the very same day and thus the quantity need not be too much for the day's consumption. Taking a look at this salad cup, you could easily tell that it's for a meal consumption only.


Sometimes, people say that quality is better than quantity. Well it really does depend on your eating habits and hunger at that very state of time. But at times, you'd think that this really ain't worth the money to buy for a little snack.


And if you drink beer, ya gonna be disappointed at the quantity of it available. I just hope Singapore would decrease or shrink their products in the future ahead when prices increases... Normally these are what manufacturers would do to save on costs and earn more profits.


And finally if you are going to have some deserts, a small slice of butter cake wouldn't be enough to satisfy your hunger if you are not from Japan. Knowing that, you should now be glad that you are in Singapore or other countries that offer product quantity and quality in abundance for you to indulge in. The DLC for Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 was out yesterday with a new add on campaign known as 'The Sacrifice' which depicts how Bill was killed in action when he tries to get that bridge up to save the others (Can be seen in The Passing campaign). However, the story is a bit different from the comics for some reason or another....


In any case, Left 4 Dead is now selling at a great discount of just US$10+ for a bundle of both part 1 and 2. And if this doesn't get any better, the No Mercy DLC for L4D2 is also available for download featuring the old characters with l4d2 weapons and Special Infected. J's Chimes: Genuine Fake

Popular gadgets like the PSP is given the fake treatment though such has been copyrighted and stuff. Am amazed that how similar the packaging is as to compared with the real one. It reads as POP Station instead but bears the exact same design and casing for this hand-held gaming device.


It's already been years since the Sony Playstation came into the market but fakes are still popping out in the streets. I remembered seeing this console somewhere and it uses cartridges instead of CDs to play games. The games are in 16 bit formats like those you'd play in the earliest of Nintendo console games.


Now almost every product starts with an 'I' in the front to mimic the ever so popular items for Apple. That didn't turn a blind eye for those who wanna make replicas of the ipod but of a different purpose...
