There are a couple of animes and even games like Resident Evil is being remake and refined. One of the best is the rebuilt of Evangelion. In any case, the anime Kyou No Go No Ni has been remake into a much 'cuter' character design as to compare with the previous and the voice actors sound 'kiddy' too. I prefer the previous one though because the artwork is definitely better and looks more matured.
