By far the best ever browser for all your internet activities from watching anime to loading pictures and stuff is Firefox. Since it's fast and efficient when opening files, I'd often use it to steam videos and load photographs that sometimes even IE has trouble with and would lag a lot. And now Firefox was even an anime uplit by some anime fan out there.
